  Version 7    This version will run with Microsoft Excel 97 or newer.  The accounts now come with official Society forms built into the program.

This template is a working model of the:

• Accounts Sheet S-26-E
• Accounts Report S-30-E
• Record of Electronic Funds Transfer TO-62-E and
• Schedule of Receipts & Disbursements
• Great for Operating Committee accounting as well.
  
  All forms print directly on original Society's forms which are built into the template.  Simply click a button to print the filled-in completed forms.

This template computes all totals including individual receipt and expense "TC" codes and transfers the totals and individual amounts from the Accounts Sheet to the proper forms and schedules.  Simply click a button to print the forms.

Also included with the program are:

• A "checkbook.xls" file to help you keep your bank register and do the bank reconciliation.
• PDF print out of filled-in sample data.

NOTE:

If you don't have Excel 97 or newer, you may use our accounts version 06.41 which comes with and prints on the official Society PDF forms. This version is for USA English ONLY, and computes only the Accounts Sheet and Accounts Report.

BETTER IDEA: "Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007" with Excel 2007 can be purchased from Buy.com for about $67.   Then you can use the newest version of the accounts program.

 
Version 06.41 will run with either FREE OpenOffice.org "CALC" spreadsheet or Microsoft Office Excel 95 or newer on your computer.
