This program will run with either FREE OpenOffice.org "CALC" spreadsheet or Microsoft Office Excel 95 or newer on your computer.

You must allow MACROS to run this
template of the Societies forms. I have also included a "checkbook.xls"
file to help you keep your bank register and do the bank reconciliation.
This template is a working model of the Accounts Sheet
S-26-E, and Accounts Report S-30-E, and prints directly on original Society's forms per the Society's instructions.
Templates are also available in the Australian version S-26-E Au 1/06 and S-30-E Au 1/05.
This template computes all totals including individual receipt "TC" calculations and transfers the totals from the Accounts Sheet to the
Accounts Report form. Simply click a button to print the forms.
Please note the revision date in the lower left of your forms, as the Society changes the
layout slightly from year to year. You only need to purchase one program, 06 or 05 depending on your forms. Each program will work with both form revisions, but each is optimally formatted for the form version noted.
If you start with 05 forms, and later change to 06 forms, you may email me for a FREE program update.

Tu computadora deberá de contar con Microsoft Excel 95 (o una versión más reciente) y permitir que los MACROS funcionen para utilizar el templete con las formas de la Sociedad. También he incluido un “talonario de cheques.xls " para ayudarle a guardar su registro del banco y hacer la reconciliación del banco.
Este formato es un modelo funcional y se imprime directamente en las siguientes formas de la Sociedad:
hoja de cuentas S-26-S, informe de cuentas S-30-S.
Este formato calcula todos los cálculos y recibo "CT" totales de la Hoja de Cuentas y los transfiere a la forma del Informe de Cuentas. Para imprimir aplaste el botón de impresión localizado en la parte de arriba de cada forma.
Es importante tomar nota de la fecha de revisión anotada en la parte izquierda al pie de la página
debido a que la Sociedad hace cambios al formato de las formas de un año a otro. Usted necesita solamente comprar un programa, 06 o 05 dependiendo de sus formas.
Favor de revisar de vez en cuando para ver si hay actualizaciones futuras de los archivos.
El nombre del archivo es “CUENTAS-ano.Zip ". Después de que usted desabroche el archivo, lea por favor e imprima para su referencia el archivo “INFORMACION-ano.TXT " antes de que usted abra el templete en Excel.
